Where And When To Meditate
You should meditate someplace free of noise. Getting distracted is annoying when you are starting to get in to the meditation.
Meditating in the morning and at night for 20-30 minutes is ideal. This will benefit you greatly.
How Meditation Healed Me
Before I started to meditate I was a mess. My life was falling apart, I constantly thought about what it would be like to die, and I was living in a miserable state of mind.
After practicing breath following meditation I began to feel an inner peace in my meditations. I can describe it as a detachment from my problems. I felt like everything was alright and all my concerns were far away from me. Eventually this attitude carried through my day to day, and 6 months later I noticed that I felt like a new person. I was much happier.
Meditation has been a huge part of my life, and I want to share that gift with you. It can help you in any area of your life that you're struggling with whether it's physical, mental, emotional, social, or financial troubles.
